We hire seasoned, independently licensed therapists who are energized by working in an environment of creativity, innovation and participation with the team. We are sought out by clients who wish to be seen by highly skilled professionals in a seamlessly run organization.
We provide office space and Telehealth services, referrals, billing and follow-up, and a HIPAA compliant EMR system that can be accessed from anywhere. We require a minimum caseload of 10 hours weekly, at least 5 of those on-site for unity with the team. Pay is based on number of session hours.
We are especially interested in hiring those with specializations in EMDR, grief, child and family, and couples work, though hiring is based more on being a “fit” with our office culture. We are also seeking counselors who will work primarily on Fridays, Saturdays and Mondays for on-site counseling hours. If you have your own office space and are the right person, we can provide referrals to supplement your private practice though caseload hours still apply.
Our providers work on a contractual basis.

BMH is currently offering a Parent Coordinator training program for Independently licensed Master and Ph.D level therapists.
A 2 hour, CEU workshop on Friday, January 31 will explain what this specialization entails. A two day training will follow for those with serious interest.
Bosque Mental Health will be hiring two Parent Coordinators following the training. Benefits will include office space, referrals and administrative services and billing.
Gayle Zieman Ph.D will provide supervision to all BMH Parent Coordinators for a length of time while PCs gain experience and confidence.
