OUR CORE VALUES ARE:

  1. We support our therapists and staff FIRST so they are unencumbered by any hindrances that could affect their quality of care.
  2. We generate and support Joie de Vivre as a way of life.
  3. We hire for Integrity and Character with a Growth Mindset above all else as our way of advancing the field of mental health.  We develop leaders in our field.
  4. We encourage Open Communication that fosters trust, both personally and professionally.
  5. We maintain the highest Ethical Standards, even when it’s not comfortable.
  6. We know that Diversity of any kind makes our lives richer in every way.

We are sought out by clients and referral sources who seek highly skilled professionals that work in a seamlessly run organization. We have an extensive referral network who rely on us for exceptional care of their clients from the first phone call through to discharge.

We hire only seasoned, independently licensed therapists who work as independent contractors and are licensed in the State of New Mexico.

We offer a competitive rate of pay and cover all gross receipts taxes. We pay weekly for all sessions that are closed and signed. The risk of non-payment from insurance companies falls on Bosque Mental Health, not you. Our biller works in-house and is always available for questions.

Our financial benefits include Aflac Accident Insurance and payment for no-shows, letters, consultations with doctors, and interface with attorneys and the court system.  We have a finder’s fee hiring incentive program. We offer help creating a Psychology Today profile with payment of the first month, We provide free CEU trainings with high-quality speakers, and a BMH phone system with a personal extension for your security. You never have to give clients your personal phone number.

Our administrative staff are proficient at providing through and compassionate customer service for all who contact us whether or not they are already clients. More importantly, we provide exceptional service to our Associates...ask any of them.

Our well-designed system for intakes includes a comprehensive process with access to information you need before entering your first session. Clients are placed with you from the intake process with your specializations and personality in mind. Our rate of successful placement of clients is higher than 95%.

We provide office space in a beautiful building and also offer telehealth services so that you can design your own way of delivering therapy.

Our team of Associates act as back-ups for their colleagues when you want time away.

Our intuitive, secure, HIPPA compliant EMR system has an embedded telehealth system, a scheduler, progress notes and a treatment planner. Your preferred assessments and documents can be uploaded for your personal use. Homework and documents are delivered to clients through the Patient Portal. Our EMR system can be accessed remotely from safe locations.

We provide in-depth EMR and BMH systems training, and the administrative team is always available for quick, on-going tech support and other needs. This includes emergency cancellation of sessions and “on the fly” need for client information. You can rely on us for follow-through on all support needs.

We require a minimum caseload of 15 hours weekly. We offer flexible scheduling, a continuously filled caseload, careful placement of quality referrals, peer supervision for case review, marketing, billing, collection of copays, and ongoing research for new billable codes.

We seek out and welcome your input. We consider you part of our “brain” for how to make our systems easier with a one hour monthly meeting for CEU events and team comradely. We host an on-line events calendar with cool information provided by our Associates and for upcoming CEU events.

If you find our culture appealing, please contact us for more information. If you’d like to speak with any of our Associates about what it’s like to work here, don’t hesitate to inquire.
